Have you ever wondered about what to do with all that water which your RO simply rejects while filling safe drinking water for you. Its actually a lot of water which simply goes uncollected and wasted down the drain pipe. With the water levels decreasing and in an effort to save every drop of water its necessary that we make the maximum use of the water which RO rejects and this is how to do it….. Wash vegetables– You can wash vegetables with the stored RO water. To wash the veggies and fruits properly its said that you should dip them for at least half an hour to get rid of the chemical or impurities sticking on the surface. This is where this stored water can be used.

Water plants– You can also store this water in a big container and later use it to water the plants. You will be surprised to see the amount of water you collect, as it is sufficient to water a medium sized garden.

Mop floor– An excellent way to use this water is to use it for mopping floor. All you need is a clean water to mop the floor, and waste RO water is perfect for using it for this purpose.

Wash car– Collect this water and use it to wash the car. Maximum water needed to wash car is like a bucket or so, and this is where you can use the collected water.
