Corn and peas sandwich– Boil water and add a little salt to it, once done turn off the gas. Add corn and peas to this and let the veggies sit in hot water for 15-20 minutes, you can cover the vessel with a lid to fasten the process. Once done, take a bowl and add strained corn and peas, grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and a little bit of mayonnaise. You can also add chopped onions and capsicum to this sandwich mix. Now take bread of your choice and spread some butter on it, put a layer of prepared vegetable mix and cover with another bread slice. Put it in a sandwich maker and its ready. You can also use a slice of cheese to make it more creamy.
Sprouts Sandwich– Take whole moong dal sprouts and pressure cook them upto 2 whistle with little salt. Take boiled and mashed potato in a bowl and add the cooked sprouts in it, sprinkle red chilli powder and some lemon juice to it. Mix everything properly and spread butter on a slice of bread. Now put a layer of green chutney above it and finally spread the sprout mix, cover with another slice of bread and toast. You can also place slices of tomato and onions over the sprout mix for a crunchy flavor.
Vegetable peanut butter sandwich– For the ones who simply love eating peanut butter here is this quick and easy, no cook sandwich recipe for you. Take peanut butter in a bowl and add few drops of water to it to make it more spreadable. If you want to make it a little spicy then you can add chili flakes or sriracha sauce to it. Now spread the prepared peanut butter on two slices of bread and put thin slices of onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum and lettuce on one slice. Top it up with little bit of mustard sauce, barbecue and a bit of mayonnaise. Lastly cover with another slice of bread and enjoy.
