Lacha
This is another one of the traditional Indian long skirts, which has come from Punjab. You usually see women pairing the Lacha with a long kurta and dupatta. The best part is, they come in a riot of colours. Phulkari embroidery is one of the embellishments, which you will spot on the Lacha.
Paithani Skirts
A traditional Maharashtrian attire, these are made from Paithani silk, as the name implies. You will find exquisite handwoven designs and intricate motifs, adorning these skirts. You can both wear the skirt with a matching or a contrast blouse, and throw a dupatta atop it.

Ghagra
This is another popular long skirt, which is native to Rajasthan and Gujarat. You will find extensive mirror work adorning the ghagra. Most of the women from the above states wear the ghagra during Navratri, Garba and Dandiya.

Mundum Neriyathum
This one comes from Kerala and is a traditional two-piece garment. Made from cotton, this garment is an epitome of simplicity and elegance. You will find extensive gold border work which add a touch of royalty to the attire. Onam and Vishu are festivals, when women are seen wearing such outfits.
