Tassels– Tassels made from cloth add a very vibrant and kitschy look to the saree. You can make them in single color or add different colors and layers to it. If you want the tassels to look more fuller then make tassels using different layers and colors and sew them all over the palla.
Feathers– Lace done with feathers is easily available in lace shops. You can take help of one such lace to make your plain palla look chic. Incase if you don’t want to use them white, then get the feathers dyed in the shade of your saree and they will add a beautiful feminine touch to your saree.
Frills– If you have a plain tulle saree which you don’t know how to wear then probably we have an idea for you. You can add layers of frills to your palla to make it look a bit dramatic and interesting. And this can be done with the sarees made from other fabrics too. Like you can use same color net frills on plain georgette, chiffon and satin silk sarees.
Blingy lace– Now there are a lot of blingy lace available in market, ranging from mirror and gota work to decorative hanging ones. Pick the one which best goes with your saree and use it to decorate the palla area.
