Orange peels are rich in vitamin C, polyphenols and have a high fiber content. But we mostly discard them after enjoying the inside fruit. Prepare fruity tea– Dried orange peels will bring a refreshing fruity flavor to your cup of tea. You can add herbs like cinnamon and a bit of cardamom for enhanced flavor. Citrus tea is very helpful in fighting nausea and indigestion. You can also use it to get over a hangover.

Candied orange peels– Well if you don’t know about the recipe then browse it through internet. Its very easy and once you taste it, you will never throw orange peels. Eat them as is, or use them as a garnisher for various dessert recipes.
