Kajal Aggarwal’s Wax Statue Unveiled At Madame Tussauds, Singapore

Kajal Aggarwal has become the first South Indian actress to have her wax statue at Madame Tussads. The wax statue was unveiled on 5th February at Madame Tussads, Singapore, where Kajal’s parents, sister Nisha and other family members were present with her during the event.

She posted a picture of on Instagram and captioned, “Success is usually measured through tangible consumerism. A new house, a swanky car, first class travels to exotic destinations. I’ve somehow never felt the thrill in any of this. People often questioned what success meant. Point is, I never felt I was successful. I’ve found my joy in moments. Moments of growth, moments where I’ve enjoyed my work to the level of being lost in it. I’ve felt so consumed that it’s meditational in quality. Finding your own person, equilibrium, regardless of expectations and pressure is true success! Staying loyal to your tribe and being treated with equality is being successful! The joy of discovering new experiences even though you’ve been exposed to the diverse plethora this world has to offer – success! Your innocence, your eagerness, your passion topped with a whole lot of curiosity to learn, defines success in my mind. I’m blessed to have found all of this in this lifetime and hope to reach the zenith of realising that I know nothing at all”.

Meanwhile her sister Nisha also took to Instagram to express her feelings, and wrote, “Kajal, I am short of words to express how I feel right now. My heart is filled with pride and I am beaming with glory and so many emotions. I am ecstatic more because I know all the hard work and sacrifices it’s taken over the years for you to get here. This achievement is massive – you are now etched in time for generations to see. Congratulations my love! I hope your able to soak in what this actually means. I wish you all the happiness and the ability to beat your competition that is you ( the wax figure 😉 ) wishing u love and light always!”.

In December 2019, Kajal took to social media to announce about her wax statue at Madame Tussauds. Sharing a couple of photos, she wrote, “This feels like a fabulous culmination so far and a great way to start the new decade on a good note.. the insane hours of hard work and personal sacrifices, all feel worth it.. forever thankful to have all of you by my side.. this ones for each one of you!”

Mahesh Babu and Prabhas are the only two South Indian actors who have gotten their wax statues at the Madame Tussauds.

On the work front the actor will next be seen in Paris Paris (the Tamil remake of Queen) as well as much acclaimed Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan.
