Delicious Coffee Recipes For Winters

Coffee addiction is a real thing, the aroma and the taste of a fine quality ground coffee is so refreshing and fulfilling that it can’t be replaced by any other drink. Therefore, we bring to you some traditional coffee recipes which you can try this winter to keep yourself warm and charged….

Honey coffee– In a pan take 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, 1/4th cup milk, 2 tbsp honey or quantity as per your choice, 1/4th tsp ground cinnamon, and a dash of ground nutmeg. Now heat this concoction on a medium heat but do not boil. Remove from heat and add a tsp of vanilla extract and serve immediately.

Caramel Brulle Latte– In a pan heat 1 cup milk and once it is warm whisk it until frothy. In a mug add 1 tbsp caramel syrup, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, and 2 shots of Espresso or 1/3rd cup of strongly brewed coffee. To this add the foam milk which was prepared before, you can also add wipped cream for that creamy flavor and drizzle some caramel syrup at the top.

Gingerbread latte– In a saucepan add 1/3rd cup sugar and equal amount of water, 1/4th tsp ground cinnamon, small piece of ginger and 1/4th tsp of vanilla extract. Bring this mixture to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Now take 1/2 cup of hot espresso and add 1/4th cup of ginger syrup to this. Top it up with 1 cup of hot milk.

Irish coffee– Fill a warm coffee mug with strong brewed hot coffee until 3/4th full. To this mix brown sugar and 1 1/2 oz of Irish whisky and mix well. Top it up with heavy cream. This after dinner drink is great to keep you warm during cold winter nights.

Hazelnut Macchiato– Pour 2 shots or 3/4th cup of strongly brewed coffee in a mug. To this add 1 tbsp Hazelnut syrup, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup, and 1 tbsp vanilla syrup. To this add froth milk and top it with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

Peppermint mocha latte– In a saucepan add 1 cup strong brewed coffee and 1/4th cup milk and cook on low heat. Blend in sugar, 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1/2 oz of finely chopped bittersweet chocolate and cook for 5 minutes while stirring continuously or until the ingredients combine perfectly. Remove from heat and add a drop of peppermint oil. Add this coffee mix to 3-4 glasses and top it up with froth milk.
