Take Care Of Yourself With A Morning ME TIME Routine

If you are not fast enough, then the morning time or your ME TIME can just vanish in a fraction of second. But to enjoy this time and to make the most of the morning period, you really need a planning. This is how you can take care of yourself with this morning routine regime….

Take adequate sleep– 8 hours of adequate sleep is something which you can’t ignore. Your body needs proper rest to function smoothly, and if you don’t listen to the needs of your body then the chances are that you might feel irritated and tired all day long. Lack of sleep also hampers your productivity and concentration power which can be really threatening in the long run. Make sure that you sleep early and wake up early in the morning.

Exercise regularly– Exercise in any form should be a regular part of your daily routine. Do yoga, Pilates or any other form of exercise so that you feel fit and energetic.

Meditation– Well you can say that anything which you like doing is a sort of meditation, but still do make it a point to sit in silence for atleast 5-10 minutes in the morning. The best time to do so would be in the morning, when the surrounding is full of fresh energy with birds chirping in the background.

Start your day with a fruit– Eating fruit first thing in the morning empty stomach can really bring in a lot of changes to your overall health. You can have any seasonal or local fruit along with soaked almonds, raisins and walnuts.

Learn word of the day– Learning has no age and its always good to learn new things. So go sharpen your knowledge by learning new words and phrases everyday. And doing so in the morning would be best as its easy to learn anything first thing in the morning. The best thing being that you will have whole day to practice your learning.

Cup of happiness– If you are a tea or coffee lover then you won’t feel complete without having a hot cup of tea or coffee in the morning, and its completely fine. Just make sure that you don’t club tea or coffee with your breakfast, as they don’t let the nutrients from the food to absorb by the body. You can also learn the word of the day while sipping tea or coffee.

Do not skip breakfast– Lastly do not ever skip breakfast, no matter how busy you are you still can plan ahead with this one. It is something which will really keep you up and working whole day.

Keep your cell phone on hold– Give your phone a break while doing all this. Take a break from it and focus on yourself for some time. You will have whole day to dig into it.
