Listed as one of the costliest bag in 2010, the heart shape bag was done in 18k gold and precious stones, studded with diamonds and gold and was sold for a very high price tag of $3.8 million. A masterwork of 10 professional artisans who put in 8,800 hours to complete the bag.  56 pink diamonds, 105 yellow diamonds and 4,356 colorless diamonds are used in this clutch.
