Carrot chips– Peel the carrot skin and then thinly slice all the carrots. Put the carrots in a bowl and to this add salt, pepper, paprika powder or chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and little bit of olive oil. Mix everything nicely and bake. You can also make a sweet version of these chips by adding, cardamom and cinnamon powder with a bit of powdered sugar.

Beetroot chips– Slice beetroot and pat dry them with the help of a kitchen towel. Now add a dash of cinnamon sugar to these chips and mix, bake and enjoy.

Sweet potatoes– Take thinly sliced sweet potato’s and add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, lemon powder and a bit of olive oil. Mix everything well and bake.

Zucchini chips– Add salt, chilli powder, black pepper, lemon powder and a bit of olive oil to thinly sliced zucchini’s. Mix well and bake them until golden brown and crisp. You can also add grated parmesan cheese to these chips to add a nice cheesy flavor to this recipe.

Potato chips– Take thinly sliced potatoes and dip them in a bowl filled with salted water. Keep them like this for 15-20 minutes and then drain nicely. Now pat dry all the potatoes with the help of a large kitchen towel. They are now ready to be baked.

Apple chips– In a bowl add thinly sliced apples and to this add powdered sugar and cinnamon. Mix nicely and bake. Cinnamon and apples go very well together and are great to satisfy your sweet tooth. So instead of indulging in bakery stuff like muffins and cakes, you can opt for apple chips for a healthier option.

Roti chips– This is the most fun recipe of all the other ones. Whenever you have leftover roti at home simply cut them like nachos and deep fry them. Store them in an airtight container and whenever you feel hungry enjoy having them with homemade hummus or hung curd dip.
