Vitamin E has anti ageing effects on skin and is excellent to use on wrinkle prone skin. And though many night creams and lotions are available in the market, but you can also use regular vitamin E capsules to give your skin a flawless young look. Here are a few ways to use it.
Aloe vera mask– You can mix a few drops of vitamin E oil with aloe vera gel and use this mix as a face pack. Apply all over face, neck and hands and leave it for about 30 minutes before washing off. You can also use this mask as a sleeping mask where you can apply it before going to bed, and wash off the next morning.
Honey and lemon– Honey is used to achieve glowing and even skin tone. It is also used as an anti ageing ingredient for beauty purposes. Mix juice of half a lemon in one tsp honey. Now add a few drops of Vitamin E to it and mix thoroughly. No apply this pack all over the face and neck. Wait for 30 minutes and wash off. This pack will help you in achieving even skin one and in fighting pigmentation. It will also ensure that you get a younger looking skin with repeated use.
Almond oil– If you have dry, rough skin then using almond oil is best for you. Mix a few drops of Vitamin E to a tsp of almond oil. Wash your face with lukewarm water to open the pores, pat dry and then apply this mixture all over face and hands. Almond oil will provide nourishment to your skin with added benefits of vitamin E. This is also an excellent cream to nourish your chapped nails and cuticles.
