Wearing saree’s in winters gets really tricky, especially when you want to look gorgeous and also want to feel warm and comfortable at the same time. Drape the palla out– Well the palla of the saree can be draped in a slightly different way than the regular way. Pleat the palla neatly and then drape it over the jacket leaving a draped pleated fall on one side just like in the picture. Secure the palla at the waist with a belt. You can wear this style even with a warm full sleeves shirt or a top with roll on sleeves. This way your jacket and the saree both will be visible.
Get a cropped jacket– A cropped jacket in the same color and fabric texture is an another great option to go for. You can choose an all over embroidered jacket to go with your saree or simply pick a brocade fabric for the jacket to add a touch of elegance to complete your look.
Long open jackets– For extreme winters you can go for long collared jackets with full length sleeves. And though the idle length is below knee, but you can always choose a length for yourself according to your comfort.
Velvet cape style jacket– A velvet jacket is one staple product which you must own and have it in your wardrobe. You can get a structured jacket or even a cape style thing just like in the picture and it will look great.
Brocade Trenchcoat– When paired with the right kind of sarees, a brocade trenchcoat will look absolutely stunning. A regular straight fit or ethnic anarkali style, well the choice is yours what you want to choose.
