Bhavitha Mandava, First Indian Model To Feature On British Vogue

Just a few months back Bhavitha Mandava, a Hyderabad born girl made headlines by becoming the first Indian to open the Chanel subway show. She was spotted by a modelling scout on a subway while studying architecture in New York. Though hesitant at first, she later accepted the offer and needless to say that she has definitely made the country proud in this field.

And now we can see her on the cover page of Vogue’s British edition for the month of March. She is now the only Indian model to ever feature on the British Vogue’s cover page. Before her it was actress Priyanka Chopra who got featured in Feb 2023.

“With a smile – and an origin story – to lift the mood, architecture graduate turned model-of-the-moment @BhavithaMandava is the essence of fashion’s heartening new spirit this season.
