Have enough water– Water helps in getting rid of the toxins from your body and also nourishes the skin. You can also opt for detox or antioxidant water therapies which are easy to prepare at home.

Please quit smoking– If 101 reasons could not justify why you should quit smoking then we think this one reason is enough for you to give it a shot. There is already a lot of smog, pollution, dirt and what not in the air, you don’t need to work harder to kill your lungs. Plus we all know what harm smoking does to skin.
