Got dark circles and puffy eyes. Well the hectic lifestyle we live is to be blamed for this. But there are few easy and natural ingredients which can help you overcome this if you want to. But with this a proper 8 hours sleep is also necessary. Keep your stress level to minimum, drink plenty of water and eat fruits and leafy vegetables. Here are few simple things we can do to get rid of this problem.

Cucumber– Place sliced cucumber pieces over eyes and let it stay for sometime. You can also grate cucumber and apply it to the eyes for better results as the juice gets absorbed easily. this reduces puffiness and dark circles by increasing blood circulation. Cucumber is also considered as an astringent.

Tomato– Tomatoes have anti-ageing property because of its tangy flavor. You can grate it and take the juice out, dab cotton in the juice and place it over your eyes.

Potatoes– They have a unique quality of skin lightning, therefore it is used as an anti tan, and also over blemishes to make the skin look lighter and even. Take out the juice and keep your eyes soaked with cotton dabbed in the juice. keep it for sometime and wash with lukewarm water. Repeat for few weeks until you get even skin tone.

Tea Bags– They have a cooling effect and tea acts as a good astringent too. You can use used tea bags too. Just keep them over your eyes and they will do wonders.

Baking Soda– This is very good for puffy eyes too. Add a teaspoon of baking in a glass of hot water or tea and mix well. Soak two cotton pads in this solution and place them under the eyes and Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse your face and apply a moisturizer. Regular application will get you results in two weeks.
