Deepika and Ranveer Singh have gone the spiritual way to celebrate their first wedding anniversary and this has definitely won our hearts.
The couple first offered their prayers at Tirupati Balaji temple at Andhra Pradesh yesterday, and later visited the Tirumla temple followed by the Padmavati temple in the same area. Deepika shared this picture on her social media account and captioned ‘As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara.Thank You all for your love,prayers and good wishes!’
The couples wore Sabyasachi ensembles for this visit and were looking absolutely dashing.
Today early morning they visited Golden Temple, Amritsar along with their families. Deepika shared this lovely pic and wrote “As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we seek blessings at Harmandir Sahib. Thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes,” while Ranveer came with a simpler caption: “Overcome with sheer gratitude.”
The couple got hitched last year in a private wedding at Villa Del Balbianello, Lake Como in Italy, after dating each other for almost six years. And since both of them come from different cultural and religious backgrounds they had a two day wedding ceremony, the first ceremony was on 14th November and it was in a konkani style since Deepika belongs to a konkan family. The second ritual was held the next day on 15th November and was in Sindhi way since Ranveer belongs to a sindhi family.
