Priyanka Chopra Honored At The Marrakech Film Festival For Her Contribution To Cinema

A day after receiving the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball for her philanthropic work, actor Priyanka Chopra was honoured at the Marrakech Film Festival for her contribution to cinema. The event was held at the famous Jemaa el Fna square, Marrakech, Morocco.

The actor shared a heartfelt note of gratitude after being honoured “To think that my career started nearly 20 years ago is surreal. I am honored and proud to be recognized tonight at the Marrakesh Film Festival.”

“Thank you, truly, to everyone who came out to Jemaa el Fna square. #Gratitude. Thank you @melitatoscan @festivaldufilmdemarrakech,” she wrote. Hollywood legend Robert Redford, Moroccan actor Mouna Fettou and French filmmaker Bertrand Tavernier were also honored at the Marrakech Film Festival.

For the event the actor choose to wear an off white, all over Mukaish work, saree from designer Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, and paired it with a matching bustier style blouse. As usual she kept the makeup and the jewellery minimal, with just a statement neck piece around the neck. Messy bun completed the look, and needless to say that as usual she totally rocked this look.
