Keep this for 15-20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Second and very effective method is also an ancient Ayurvedic treatment, which was used by our ancestors for a good dental care. Mix turmeric and salt in some mustard oil and gently massage your gums and teeth with this mixture. Let the saliva drop naturally from mouth, after 5 minutes wash off thoroughly. This method is not only for teeth whitening but for all dental and gum problems.

Use Straw– People who consume more tea and coffee or other high on caffeine products, also face the problem of teeth staining. Its better for them to use a straw, so that the liquid comes in least contact with your teeth.
