Food for Healthy Weight loss

The best way to stay fit is to do physical exercise like Yoga, aerobics, gyming etc, but with a busy lifestyle which most of us lead nowadays, its not possible for us to do so. Long sitting hours with no or less physical movement and irregular eating habits and consumption of fast food also makes our body prone to several diseases and the most common of them is being obese and fat which gives birth to more dangerous diseases. If we do not have time to exercise then we should at least pay attention to what we eat by following a diet plan. Avoid junk food and try to include food which helps us keeping slim. Avocado  Avocados is a nutritious fruit and a source of good fats and has nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. They are also rich in potassium, which aids in the conversion of food and nutrients into energy and muscle tissue. Since they are extremely filling, you can replace them with the unhealthy snacks cutting on the unwanted fatty food.

 

 

Citrus Fruits  They help you to cut down on fat content. Oranges, lemons, kiwis are all good source of Vitamin C and helps in burning fat and controlling weight.

Green Tea  Green tea promotes weight loss and has metabolism boosting properties. Having it without sugar or very less honey is beneficial. You can have 2 to 3 cups a day of best results.

 

Cucumbers  They help in flushing out the toxins from the body. Since they have 95% water content they are a low calorie option which will keep your tummy filled for long. You can choose from cucumber juice, salad or just sprinkle some black salt and lemon and have it for a quick snack.

 

Water – It will keep your body hydrated and flush out the toxins from liver. Having a glass half an hour before your meal will help in digesting the food better. Also try to have two glasses of water first thing in the morning to flush out the toxins of the day before to start your day ahead. You can mix lemon or honey too.
